Exchange & Refund Policy

 

Size Exchanges

At UwU Market, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we are happy to offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery. To begin an exchange, please contact us promptly to open an exchange ticket.

Please note:

-Only one exchange per order is permitted.

-The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to UwU Market.

-Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. After processing, a new order will be created with the requested size.

-Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Refund Policy

 

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. This policy applies to all items, including pre-orders, subscription products, and limited-time releases.

Because all UwU Market products are made-to-order specifically for each customer’s purchase, we cannot accept refunds once an order has been placed.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue. Claims submitted after 5 days cannot be accepted.

 

Lost or Missing Package Policy

UwU Market is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier to check for delivery errors or held packages.

If your tracking shows no delivery update, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to file a lost-package claim.
Claims received after 30 days cannot be accepted, as carrier tracking information may expire and cannot be verified.

This timeframe ensures fairness for all customers and prevents fraudulent or unverified claims.
