UwU Rewards is an optional monthly membership that gives collectors additional savings and benefits when pledging to eligible creator campaigns and shopping on UwU Market.
Membership Benefits
Active UwU Rewards members receive:
-$3.99 instant discount on eligible Rewards pledges.
-Free standard shipping on eligible orders of $125 or more.
-$0 initial pledge on eligible petitions.
-Access to additional UwU Rewards member benefits and offers as they become available.
Membership Price & 14-Day Free Trial
UwU Rewards costs $3.99 per month.
New eligible members receive a 14-day free trial. You pay $0 when beginning your trial.
Your UwU Rewards benefits begin immediately when your free trial starts.
Unless you cancel before the end of your trial, your membership will automatically convert to a paid membership and your selected payment method will be charged $3.99 per month until canceled.
Your checkout and/or UwU Market account will display your upcoming membership billing date.
The introductory 14-day free trial is limited to one per eligible customer. Canceling and rejoining does not restart or provide another introductory free trial.
Rewards Discounts
Eligible Rewards pledges receive an instant $3.99 discount while your UwU Rewards membership or free trial is active.
If a Rewards discount has already been applied to an eligible completed order and you later cancel your membership, the discount will remain valid.
Canceling UwU Rewards does not retroactively remove or charge back eligible Rewards discounts that were properly applied before cancellation.
Free Shipping on $125+ Orders
Active UwU Rewards members receive free standard shipping on eligible orders with a qualifying merchandise subtotal of $125 or more.
This benefit becomes available as soon as your membership or free trial begins. You do not need to wait until a future order to use the benefit.
Unless otherwise stated, taxes, Shipping Protection, membership fees, gift cards, shipping charges, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the $125 qualifying merchandise subtotal.
Free shipping applies only to eligible orders and eligible standard shipping methods. Certain products, destinations, oversized shipments, expedited shipping methods, or other circumstances may be excluded.
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
$0 Initial Petition Pledges
Active UwU Rewards members can support eligible petitions with a $0 initial pledge instead of paying the standard upfront pledge amount.
A $0 initial pledge does not mean that the associated product or campaign is free.
If the petition or campaign moves forward and payment becomes due under the applicable campaign terms, you remain responsible for the product price, shipping, taxes, and any other applicable charges.
Standard Pledge Option
UwU Rewards is completely optional.
You do not need an UwU Rewards membership to support creators, participate in eligible petitions, or purchase products from UwU Market.
Customers who do not wish to enroll in UwU Rewards may select the Standard Pledge option and pay the applicable standard pledge amount without beginning a recurring UwU Rewards membership.
Optional Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection is an optional add-on and is separate from UwU Rewards membership.
If selected during checkout, Shipping Protection is charged separately and provides protection for eligible shipments against covered loss, damage, or theft according to the applicable Shipping Protection terms.
Shipping Protection is not a recurring subscription fee, is not required to become an UwU Rewards member, and is not included in the $3.99 monthly UwU Rewards membership price.
Automatic Renewal
After any applicable free trial, UwU Rewards automatically renews at $3.99 per month until canceled.
By continuing your membership beyond the free trial, you authorize UwU Market to automatically charge your selected payment method $3.99 on each monthly renewal date until you cancel.
You can prevent your next membership charge by canceling before your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation During Your Free Trial
You may cancel UwU Rewards at any time during your 14-day free trial.
Canceling during your free trial prevents the membership from automatically converting to a paid $3.99 monthly membership.
Your UwU Rewards benefits will remain active through the originally scheduled end of your 14-day free trial even if you cancel before the trial ends.
After the trial period ends, your membership and associated benefits will expire and you will not be charged the first monthly membership fee.
Any eligible Rewards discounts already applied to completed orders during your trial will remain valid and will not be reversed or charged back because you canceled.
Cancellation After Becoming a Paid Member
You may cancel your paid UwU Rewards membership at any time.
Cancellation stops your next automatic renewal but does not immediately terminate the membership period you have already paid for.
If you cancel after your monthly membership payment has been charged, your UwU Rewards benefits will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period.
After that billing period ends, your membership and associated benefits will expire and you will not be charged for another month.
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, membership fees that have already been charged are non-refundable.
Changes to UwU Rewards
UwU Market may periodically update the benefits, eligibility requirements, exclusions, or other features associated with UwU Rewards.
Any material changes to membership pricing, recurring billing, or other membership terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

If an eligible Rewards discount was applied to a completed order while your membership or free trial was active, canceling your membership afterward will not remove or charge back that discount.
Can I cancel during my free trial without being charged?
Yes.

Your membership does not end immediately.
Canceling stops your next automatic renewal. Your UwU Rewards membership and eligible benefits will remain active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
After that date, your membership will expire and you will not be charged for another month.
Will I receive a refund for the current month if I cancel?
Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, membership charges that have already been paid are non-refundable.
Instead, your UwU Rewards benefits remain available through the end of your current paid billing period.
Does the $125+ free shipping benefit apply to my first order?
Yes.
You do not need to wait until your next purchase.
If your UwU Rewards membership or free trial is active and your eligible merchandise subtotal reaches $125 or more, the applicable free standard shipping benefit can be used on that eligible order.
What counts toward the $125 free shipping minimum?
The $125 threshold is based on your qualifying merchandise subtotal.
Unless otherwise stated, membership fees, Shipping Protection, taxes, gift cards, shipping charges, and other non-merchandise charges do not count toward the $125 requirement.
Does free shipping apply everywhere?
Free shipping applies to eligible orders and eligible standard shipping methods.
Certain destinations, products, oversized shipments, expedited shipping methods, or other circumstances may be excluded.

What does "$0 initial pledge" mean?
Active UwU Rewards members can make an eligible petition pledge for $0 upfront instead of paying the standard initial pledge amount.
This does not make the eventual product free.
If the petition or campaign proceeds and payment becomes due, you are still responsible for the applicable product price and other order charges.
Do I need UwU Rewards to support a creator?
No.
UwU Rewards is completely optional.
You may select Standard Pledge instead and support the creator without enrolling in a recurring UwU Rewards membership.
Is Shipping Protection included with UwU Rewards?
No.
Shipping Protection is a separate optional add-on. If selected, it is charged separately from your UwU Rewards membership.
Shipping Protection is not a recurring subscription.
Is a $3.99 Shipping Protection charge another UwU Rewards membership fee?
No.
If you see a separate Shipping Protection charge during checkout, that charge is for the optional Shipping Protection selected for that shipment.
Your UwU Rewards membership is a separate recurring membership that costs $3.99 per month after any applicable free trial.
What happens to my existing orders if I cancel?
Canceling your membership does not cancel your existing orders or remove eligible Rewards discounts that were already applied to completed orders.
Your cancellation simply prevents future membership renewal after your current trial or paid membership period ends.
How do I cancel UwU Rewards?
You can cancel your UwU Rewards membership through your UwU Market account.
Cancel before your next scheduled billing date to prevent the next monthly membership charge.
Is UwU Rewards required to shop at UwU Market?
No. UwU Rewards is completely optional.
You can continue shopping and supporting creators on UwU Market without becoming an UwU Rewards member.
Recurring Billing Authorization
By starting an UwU Rewards membership, you acknowledge that UwU Rewards is a recurring subscription and authorize UwU Market to charge your selected payment method $3.99 per month after any applicable free trial until you cancel.
By starting a free trial, you understand that your membership will automatically convert to a paid monthly membership at the end of the trial unless you cancel before your first scheduled billing date.
Canceling during a free trial prevents the first monthly membership charge, while your membership benefits remain available through the originally scheduled end of the trial.
Canceling a paid membership prevents the next automatic renewal, while your membership benefits remain available through the end of the current paid billing period.
Eligible Rewards discounts applied to completed orders before your membership expires will not be retroactively removed or charged back solely because you later cancel your membership.
