Ordered on July 4th, delivered Sept 30th.

The product itself is very good, however; it took them nearly 12-1/2 weeks from ordering to ship. This far exceeded the 40 business day lead time listed on their website and the 50 business day lead time I was promised by Carmina on the Customer Service Team.

Additionally, after being told that the product completed fabrication, that'd I'd have to wait an addition 2 weeks due to it being a "Campaign-Based Release".

Overall; decent product, horrendous experience

Great print quality! The colors are vibrant, the print is sharp, and the paper is glossy and feels like a good thickness. It was well wrapped and protected in shipping so it arrived in great condition. I love having my favorite cute imp on my wall, even if she is stuck in jail!
